Our “Hypnosis for Weight Loss” program is 8 weekly, one hour group sessions. At each weekly session, we work on a different aspect of successful weight loss (i.e. - removing emotional attachment to food, increasing self confidence and motivation, developing a new perspective on light exercising, etc.

Private Sessions
If weight loss has been a significant problem for you, then our private sessions might be what you need. Private Hypnotherapy has a much higher success rate due to the individual attention provided. In our private sessions, we tailor the program to fit your situation. We also supply recordings of all hypnosis portions for you to use at home.
